Full-Stack DeveloperA custom Arabic RTL platform built for Alameed Center to centralize and automate its daily operations. Staff can manage students, teachers, groups, schedules, enrollments, attendance, and payments from one dashboard. The system supports barcode attendance, automated absence tracking, installments, partial payments, exemptions, refunds, financial reporting, and WhatsApp notifications. Role-based access gives administrators, teachers, and students the tools relevant to them, while automated processes reduce repetitive administrative work.
The main challenges were managing complex payment scenarios, reliable automated attendance and absence tracking, accurate scheduling, WhatsApp communication, multiple user roles, and protecting sensitive financial and personal data while keeping the system simple for everyday staff use.
Built a centralized platform around the center's actual workflow, combining student and class management, barcode attendance, automated absence processing, flexible payment handling, WhatsApp notifications, role-based access, financial reporting, and automated background tasks. The system was deployed with secure Docker and Nginx infrastructure.
